There are few foods which are when had in excess shall simply accumulate in our body as it is very hard to burn them.

Fat when consumed in excess is really dangerous to overall health and it seriously affects the heart. We must take care of the food we take. These days we are mostly into fast foods and processed foods. The oily foods contain cholesterol which is not good for the heart like the trans-fat and the saturated fat. We must include food that is less in fat and more in fiber. There are various foods like cottage cheese, low-fat milk, tuna, tofu, beans and others that are rich in protein and less in fat. Consuming plant based food is really good for the heart and the overall fitness of the body.

Fats increase the level of cholesterol in the blood which when pumped up by heart makes it is risky to heart; fat contains double the calories than carbohydrate and proteins. The fat intake can be monitored and reduced through small steps like preferring broiled, baked, roasted food when eating out than preferring fried food. Using lemon or herbs on cooked vegetables rather than using oil, using limited oil while cooking can be really helpful.

Exercise burns calories and which in turn burns the fat. Doing rigorous exercise can be really helpful in burning of the unwanted body fat and keeping the heart healthy. However, the most recommended way is to reduce or stop altogether in taking of fat foods.
